# Asset Policy

This catalog is a public-safe review host, not a blanket license grant.

## Use Scope

- DreamLabs-controlled sites may use approved assets after deployment and runtime review.
- Candidate assets may be used for review, staging, and implementation drafts.
- External public use requires explicit DreamLabs approval unless a separate written agreement applies.

## Modification

- Do not recolor, crop, distort, animate, or combine logos with other marks unless the asset notes or a written approval allows it.
- Do not use candidate assets in production materials that imply canonical brand approval.
- Keep the supplied aspect ratio and provide sufficient contrast around logos and icons.

## Attribution

- Attribution is not required for DreamLabs-controlled services.
- Third-party use must follow the applicable agreement or written approval.

## Approval Path

- Approval owner: DreamLabs brand/operator review.
- Request should include asset ID, target URL or product, intended placement, and whether the asset will be modified.
- Runtime adoption is tracked separately from asset approval; do not treat `deployment_status: deployed` as `runtime_applied: true`.
